What We Do

Wish for Kids Organization is a non-profit organization registered in Tanzania Mainland under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, 20102 with Registration No. 00NGO/0009392.

Wish for Kids as a young and dynamic local non-profit organization registered in 2017. Aim to provide and support the most vulnerable children in Tanzania to access the basic necessities that all children deserve; education, food, shelter, fundamental human rights and a loving family environment so that they can break out of the cycle of poverty and live happy and productive lives.

Our Mission

To mobilize and empower society to understand and help for the improvement of the welfare of children that lead to healthier schools, and quality education where kids thrive.

Equation for Success

All kids must develop the lasting habits necessary to become healthy, successful adult citizens. In order for this to happen, schools, families and communities must commit to working together to build a culture that supports the best interests of the child, child participation, and child-centred response.

Wish for Kids will implement its work recognizing the importance of national laws, national legal frameworks, international and humanitarian frameworks such as;
